• Scan the barcode and pay your bill with cash.
• HEMC will refund the convenience fee ($1.50) on the next business day.

From Your Mobile Device

• Log in to SmartHub and click on “Bill & Pay”.
• Select “Pay by Cash” in the lower menu.
• Select “View Barcode”.
• Scan the barcode to pay your bill with cash.
• HEMC will refund the convenience fee ($1.50) on the next business day.
