Prepaid Billing
Habersham EMC offers prepaid metering as an alternative to receiving a monthly bill. This pay-as-you-use service gives you the ability to better track your energy usage and the freedom to pay by the week, month or year!
Participants are only required to keep a positive balance on their account to keep their electricity on.
Additional benefits include:
- No security deposit
- No credit check
- No late fees
- Daily usage notification
Go online to see your daily usage, which can be a helpful tool in your conservation efforts. You are alerted with a text message and/or email when your balance reaches a designated limit.
