Habersham EMC has been notified that some members have received telephone calls stating they must pay over the phone immediately or their service will be interrupted. Please be reminded that a member services representative will never ask for payment over the phone. The only way payments can be made via telephone is through our automated service at 833-890-9509.

Members should hang up at once and report the call to their local law enforcement. Do not give out any personal information. Scams become more frequent during the holiday season. We ask that members please remain vigilant.
