December Bill Delays
We understand that some members have not received their December bills by mail. Per alerts posted on the USPS website, they experienced unprecedented volume increases and some facilities were short-staffed due to COVID. We have confirmed with our vendor that bills were delivered promptly to the USPS processing center used by our vendor, however additional information shows delays from there to our local post offices. HEMC will work with our members regarding this issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
