Community Involvement — 2019 Annual Report

Habersham EMC is a proud member of the communities we serve. Over the past year, employees have been involved in various activities throughout the service area. We live here and are proud to invest our time in bettering our communities.

Examples of involvement:

  • Operating concession stand at Rabun County High School football games
  • Operating concession stand at Habersham Central High School football games
  • Assisting with Field Days at various elementary schools
  • Speaking to students at Career Days
  • High-voltage demonstrations at schools and community group meetings
  • Teacher of the Year recognitions
  • Collecting items for Toys For Tots
  • Collecting items for Family Connections
