On-Site Energy Audit Request Form

If you still have questions about how to improve your energy efficiency after you have completed an online energy audit, our Energy Technician can visit your home and review efficiency tips with you. Simply click on the link below to request a personal visit energy audit. Please have your online audit results handy as you complete the request form.

The completion of an online energy audit is required before the HEMC energy technician will conduct an on-site energy audit. A $25.00 service fee will be charged for each on-site energy audit.
