HEMC consumers may also receive their monthly statements via e-mail, eliminating the need for mailing a paper bill. The consumer simply prints out their bill and remits the payment.

Another option is for a consumer to receive their bill by e-mail and have the account set up on draft, again eliminating the need of paying the bill manually. Members who sign up for e-bill plus will receive a monthly discount also. Click here for a PDF form.
