Employment Opportunities

Habersham EMC only accepts solicited applications and resumes. A person's application nor resume is accepted if there are no advertised openings.

HEMC will announce openings through:

  • ads in The Clayton Tribune, The Northeast Georgian, The Toccoa Record and The White County News
  • the HEMC website
  • The Georgia Department of Labor

Advertisements will include information about the position as well as instructions on the time, date, and location to make application.

All candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional training and experience may be required in some cases.

All employees will be required to satisfactorily pass HEMC's pre-employment physical with drug screen, employment screening, background check, and must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license.
